As Crosby has been supplying strategy to the Tories for most of their twelve years in power , in fact brought in specifically for his ideas much of them used or in use. It has to be certain this was another of his ideas that got far more than instant dismissal.
Getting rid of the lords is one thing, turning them into loaded dice is quiet another. The fact that this lot would have this sort of idea floating about, being suggested by if not their main strategists , certainly  one of, highlights just how dangerous to our whole parliamentary system this lot are.
