I find it all quite depressing. I am normally a terrible news junky but suddenly I am fed up to the back teeth with the constant negativity and bad news, so I'm on a bit of a detox right now. Do I feel better? Not yet.

Because I'm afraid T00ts our politicians are usually more concerned with their image than responsibility.



Whilst others were formulating plans we were giving out leaflets,the Australians and US are evacuating their nationals.



Those returning to Australia will be held on a former detention centre on an island till clear,the US in a hangar on return similarly.



We are considering an airlift,I hope it's well planned.

Harsh though it may seem I think they should've been left in situ but I reckon it's all too late,if it is as bad as is not being reported I reckon they cannot stop the spread and it's probably here by now.........cheerful aren't I?

Does anyone else feel they are living in slow motion? In this age of world wide instant communication and information, how long has it taken for arrangements to be made for our nationals to be rescued? How long has it taken for intelligent medical information to be given out to those who fear they might be infected? Perhaps it's just me, but once again I am disappointed by Government responses and their ability to do anything with anything remotely resembling speed. Why do we have such clay feet?

I do just wonder if we are being told the real numbers. Just over 100 reported deaths yet China is throwing up 3 maybe 4 hospitals in a hurry. If the death percentage is that low why the terror? If so far they don't know how to treat this virus then are people recovering or are there 1000s of poor folk at death's door? None of it makes any sense to me, but then that's not unusual.
