How do I set reading the newest contribution to a thread first.

I don't have those options showing. (I wrote to soon, now changed>)

Go to Profile in the top bar, this will make Modify Profile menu available below date and time, select option Look and Layout, one of the checkboxes will set newest posts to the top of the thread.
