Well I didn't see what the papers said I couldn't give a toss really I could get away with murder this week and there would be no space to report it in between what such and such a princess is wearing ... but i'd like to think he chose to stand in the queue like anyone else and isn't making money from doing so, but I bet whatever his monetised feed is making will prove otherwise.

Are you actually surprised? There has always been one rule for them and a different rule for the rest of us.

I've had the fortune of working with a former MP and know people who have had family in Westminster including a Minister of State, and as simply as I can put it these people lose their autonomy the moment they become elected, their life is not their own for the years they are elected, and frankly it's astonishing to me that anyone would want to put themselves through it more than once.

Anyone who wants to be a politician has to be a bit suspect and should not be allowed to be a politician.
