So we join this new 'European Nations Club' and two years down the line it decides to merge with the EU. What not to like?

But seriously, if we rejoin the EU I want it to happen the proper way, with the approval of the British people. That isn't likely tomorrow, but maybe in 5 years time.
Wish politics are not real Ducky, the EU may not exist in 5 years. Especially as they are now threatening Italy if they don't get their election result right. Who do they think they are?
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Seems a weird idea. The Brexiteers' main point for easing the EU was that it was no longer a trading union, but becoming Political.

Now, it seems, the proposal is the UK should consider joining in a Political union.

It might be a good idea — but it could attract the accusation that Brexit's such a failure we need to find some way of getting back without it looking like we've cocked up...
On climate change — we're talking, we're beginning to act, but we're still not doing enough...

I certainly don't have time to write that list Ducky, but you should be happy, as it is just the EU via the back door which we told you months ago they were planning all along.
Which sent Nick and his sidekick into full on fury that we might know something about the Westminster party everyone else didn't.
Just because I don't say anything, it doesn't mean I haven't noticed!

If we want to rejoin the EU, we will, why join a new one? They will all lead in the same WEF direction.

I think that it is an excellent idea. For Remainers. They should march down to Dover and then take a deep breath and carry on marching until they reach Calais, where they will signal their loyalty to the EU Mark 2 by kissing Macron's bum.

No need for them to rush back.
