UK not in recession, new figures suggest

We haven't been out of recession for decades, all we do is cut services and print and borrow to cover it up, it is always just below the surface. Every asset we ever owned has been sold on the cheap in the chase for globalisation. While we cut services we import millions more to rely on them. So we print and borrow even more. While any services we have left break down under the strain. While the Westminster party pump out policy after policy which always ends with the same outcome. Which nobody in their right mind would vote for their own demise but they constantly do.

If you are talking about the last twelve years you are completely right. But we haven't always cut services across the board , in fact the last Labour government actually boosted services,  and the printing of money has increased drastically in this twelve year period as well. In general it could be argued this country has been in recession since WW1 that's obvious . If you think that process could ever have been reversed please tell.? We should be attempting to reverse many aspects of the Thatcher legacy, but  not voting would not cure our problems , in fact it is the easiest way of getting something you really don't need.

Unless it is shows that the shelves of every Cornish supermarket are bare and that the streets are clogged with paupers dying of want?
