My post is regards that person's family who were filmed today attending the trial,to what purpose were they filmed and splashed over the pages of newspapers.

None at all but to maybe influence how we feel toward the accused . Not much going on in this picture but I suppose someone got paid for it ?

Certainly but with some safeguards which should be enforceable.

A nurse has gone on trial today I will comment no more on that since it is sub judice.

Iirc they had to move from their abode on the original arrest,they are accused of nothing but be assured there are enough a holes  around will share their images and attempt to target them.

That is not any sort of justice and should be disallowed on the pain of very hefty fines imo.
