Perhaps if you ignored any jibes that you feel are unfair the perpetrators would get fed up of trying to get a rise out of you.
I don't use the "other forum" because of the nasty people, trolls, and looney tunes in it.

They continue because thus far they have been so successful in getting your responses. It might get worse for a while as they up the anti in their efforts to make you succumb, but eventually it would stop through sheer boredom. I haven't seen any evidence of you trying that.
He hasn't posted on "another forum", T00ts, I'm sure the minute he does he will be met with a welcoming committee with loving posts.

As one of my T-shirts states:- Some people are only alive because it is illegal to kill them.
When all else fails politely asking people to desist, doesn't work, the options run out.
The ignore button does NOT stop the problems.

Violence seems to be an answer to everything you don't like. How sad.
I prefer to use the ignore button for Jaydee, BvLotsovcrap, and Dubdrifter who seems to have a permanent tinfoil hat connected to the mains.
I don't like the selective censorship, so I have made my last post there.

No it isn't, if it were clubhouse, someone would park a transit van sized Claymore mine outside.

Well it does not help when the moderators try to turn every forum into a version of The Little Snoring Church News. And no one listens to Steve because (a) he doesn't listening to a word anybody says but just regurgitates the same old bollocks he was spouting to the grots of the Action Based Enquiry into the Smashing of the Tory Boss Class (Gas Street Comprehensive Year 9 branch) all those years ago (b) the other place (CENSORED ! CENSORED!) has even bigger nutters such as Jaydee (who would give even Pappy a run for his money in the resident loony stakes) for him to compete with :)
You are so delightful!  Dancing

He does rant a bit that is true. However he is seldom proven wrong. Others have been unable to disprove his facts. Some don't even bother to respond but continue repeating the same old mantras only to be asked again for evidence and again ... nothing. I get the feeling that some posters deliberately provoke him
To be honest, I never noticed that Jaydee needed much in the way of provoking.

I don't have a dog in this fight and doubt that much will change should Scotland become independent, but I do
think that Jaydee is a terrible crann for the Nats to bear.

Isn't it the case though that true debate is almost impossible not just in politics but generally? Increasing numbers no longer want to hear alternative views. Universities are designated 'safe spaces' and contorted to avoid upsetting the views of those who I thought were there to embrace conflicting ideas. I am not surprised by your findings but feel it is more universal than expected.

On the other forum not just one but two Blairite centrist twits are insisting upon calling me an extremist, as if I am on a par with Lenin, Stalin and Trotsky. One of them has labelled both Corbyn and Thatcher extremists, as if the former is also on a par with Lenin, Stalin and Trotsky whilst the latter is on a par with Hitler and Mussolini. This is what passes for intelligent debate there, whilst also saying much about the intolerant ignorance and political illiteracy of the average Blairite.

I mean if they don't know the difference between democratic socialism/social democracy on the one hand and totalitarian bolshevism on the other, or the difference between thatcherite conservatism and nazism/ fascism, it is impossible to engage intelligently with such people. Because they are forever misrepresenting anyone they disagree with whilst ignoring any and all intelligent rebuttals. And they keep mis-describing people in the same ways all the time.

I am spending much of my time there shooting down their false definitions rather than debating points. They want to tar anyone who disagrees with them as extremists which is typical of Labour intolerance. But this phenomenon is making their den of iniquity a far more tiresome place to be. People are for the most part much more sensible here. They can disagree with me here without trying to label me some sort of extremist.

And the fact is, which the Blairite twits on the other forum don't get, is that my politics were once mainstream for decades in their own party, so calling that extreme is goalpost shifting on their part with dubious motivations in an attempt to establish a false narrative. When all dissent from the status quo is regarded as extreme by definition, that is very close to a totalitarian mindset.

That forum is full of outcasts and the people banned from multiple forums, as well as Trolls and bullies and the mentally unhinged.

In how many years? (I don't sign out.)
And this forum doesn't care if you sign out or not, it uses session cookies, and I can assure you that your recorded time on here has nothing to do with signing out.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
