I do notice that it always seems to be you getting technical issues. Perhaps the issue is at your end?

Technical issues?
All faults are logged so if you experience an issue it will be logged against the user.

I have run a full set of diagnostics, changed browsers and the problem is this forum.

If it's not the load time it must be you as the code ultimately runs on your machine.
Only thing I can suggest is a full virus scan as viruses do tend to bog PC's down.

I do a full scan at start up and scans are also automatic.

In future can you send screen shots of the time to load at the bottom of the page please? If I get some I'll send them to the host.

It's a bit difficult for me to tell, there's that many sites blocked in Russia I'm getting confused as to what's good and bad.

The time to load is not the problem, the forum keeps locking up.
