My wife's mother and father died within a month of each other. We asked for a discount off of the undertaker and got several £hundred off.

So that is £900, I replied.

You need to check what part of the transaction has VAT on it. (My wife and I are in the process of sorting out powers of attorney financial and medical. That is four powers of attorney. The solicitors fee is a fraction of the total cost.
