I have not jumped to any conclusions about the incident. I am however puzzled by the fact the attack took place outside the soldiers home.

No ,seems that's been ruled out Barry as he didn't shout Allahu Akbar ! before ,during or after the attack . Plod are investigating the possibility that the incident was 'mental health related '
