Questioning govt advice or policy isn't idiocy it's exercising your democratic rights,if on the other hand someone advocated having a picnic in the third lane of a motorway my only response would be to laugh and I'd have no legal responsibility whatsoever.

Because the evidence is that the jabs stopped many people getting the very dangerous Covid 1.x versions and that the idiot stories on Facebook about Covid jabs led to some people dying of those forms of Covid.  Some sick people must be so proud of those they led to their deaths.

You cannot legislate for stupidity,if someone drank Paraquat as in your example they shouldn't be allowed out on their own.

Well I wouldn't follow any advice other than from a professional,if I doubt that I do research and definitely doesn't include some random on Facebook.

You forget when someone correctly says relating to Covid:

"I told you before that the jabs do not prevent you getting Covid and don't prevent you passing it on."

That's free speech. Not only is it free speech it is the absolute truth. Some people think the truth is dangerous and stifle it.
