Then explain who I have said has conspired.
Those princes who have done great things have held good faith of little account, and have known how to craftily circumvent the intellect of men.  Niccolò Machiavelli.

Quite, in the case of pandemic it was a case of when not if. Just a shame Britain was so badly prepared.

I just need to emphasise, from the start, that this is not a conspiracy theory

Yes it is.
Don't believe everything you think.

I just need to emphasise, from the start, that this is not a conspiracy theory - quite specifically, I am not claiming that different corporations and politicians have conspired together.  It is a theory, but that's all.

In October 2019, an exercise was conducted called "Event 201", in which representatives of corporations and government bodies discuss a fictional global pandemic.  That's about 2 months before Covid-19 was significantly spreading.  The event was in partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  (And one of the female hosts had an uncanny resemblance to Mark Zuckerberg).  The conclusions were:

Increase resources for pandemic preparedness.

Planning for how corporate capabilities could be used for a pandemic.

More government resources and enhancement of stockpiles of vaccines.

Transportations companies should work together to maintain travel and trade.

Increased pandemic financial support from IMF, World Bank and national banks.

Governments and private sector should prioritise methods to combat misinformation.

We now have Gordon Brown calling for a world government to deal with such pandemics, and Tony Blair similarly.

We also know that China accused the US of creating Covid-19, which may or may not be true.  My concern is that corporations will try to profit from this and the threat of future pandemics, and are creating panic, and as always, will exert pressure on politicians, to achieve profit.  The method resembles the so-called climate emergency - create a panic, provide a solution which involved paying lots of tax money to corporations.
