Apparently the intervention was due to a suspicion the children were going to be taken out of the country which due to them already not being with their parents would have been legally kidnap. (I though there was a lot more to the case than was first thought.)

Yes it is factual, the family announced it. Whether they follow up on the threat but they said they were going to.

No. So best not to mention a 6 month old kid supposed falling out of a window and sustaining injuries where it had to go to hospital and social services were called to remove the other kids from that house as they were considered at risk.
