I think people will get over the disgust factor pretty quickly, and the ethical implications are presumably superior, along with associated health benefits, and cost reductions etc. I don't see any factor that would be strong enough to stop printed meat becoming the preferred option.

I don't doubt ability to "print" meat. That does not mean people will want to eat it.
