Cull the Lords to 100 voted sitting peers there until death or 80, whichever comes first (no objection to the rest retaining titles and a reasonable honorarium — a bit like a Kentucky Colonel).
Reduce the Commons to between 200 and 400 on a retained FPTP system, and federalise England, Wales, and NI (if it wants to remain in the Union). Scotland can also vote for what it wants...
