Ferry operators always jacked up their prices and Cite Europe hypermarket prices have for years been hiked to match the cost of the same stuff in Dover, which is why for the past three years at least the shelves of those supermarkets once overflowing with booze a third the price of the bottles on British shelves are now hardly bothering to show anything ...
