Cornwall is a tiny wee place about the size of lothian in my country , and theres no where in cornwall or england as remote as the rural parts of scotland.

My cousin lives in rural northern scotland , its that remote her next door neighbour is a cow shed and the other side of her is the sea. Twenty odd miles for her is a pushbike journey down the road , so what are you talking about?

Otherwise tails, cheeks, bones, trotters, feet, liver, kidneys, hearts, suet, tripe, etc, etc, etc, are all available.

You are lucky, it is difficult to get any of that locally.
