Pudding for 2022

I am so sick of all the gloom and doom every time I look at anything news related I am reduced to thinking about puddings. 

It seems that Mary Berry will choose the best pudding for the Queen this year. What fun! I admit to rarely eating puddings as such and no longer having a man in my life to cook one for - he loved them - I just wondered what your favourite puddings are. Do you hark back to school days and stodgy puddings of old or are you more nouveau cuisine topped with edible flowers. What would you submit to Mary as your favourite? It may well be that the Queen will be confronted with something new and extraordinary but that would be a tad beyond me.
