Now maybe I am forgetting or misunde standing something but wasn't her killer an authorised firearms officer in a diplomatic protection group or some such ?

Or am i confusing him with a different uniformed psycho ?

Its not a case of red flags being missed. It's a case of a horde of flagwavers at a fucking circus parade being in a blind spot.
