You won't accept that they work 35 hrs so it's pointless. Part Time workers don't count in the average, it's only full time employed.

Look the referenced facts are they work on average 31.7 hours (because like the UK they have a lot of part time workers).  Your sad denial of this is at best bizarre.

No that's the defined standard working week for full time employees above which it's all voluntary overtime (for premium pay).  The average worked in France is still 31.7 because just like the UK with its average 32 hours, France has a lot of part time workers too.
