I will be having my 9th Covid vaccination in the next few weeks, plus annual  flu vaccination and RSV vaccination.
I am afraid I take the doom mongers with a very large pinch of salt. There are always a few people badly effected people with vaccination. BUT the levels are so low as to be insignificant against the many millions of deaths prevented.

As part of the same government system, I would take a more sceptical line.
I certainly won't be taking any mRNA jabs, though I did dodge a bullet with the two AZ jabs I had.

It is peer reviewed, I don't see what copyright has got to do with anything, or why the author needs to be an expert on vaccines.  And there's nothing fantastical about self-assembling mRNA vaccines.

That is not a peer reviewed paper.
