Apparently Boris deal passed the second reading in the Commons, but Boris has stopped it because he prefers to have a General Election rather than Brexit on Halloween. Counter reset by Boris request for an extension.

As far as these chaps are concerned, all Boris need do is ask the EU for an extension, which means that he only need nobble one country out of twenty seven and it will be refused.



Or maybe I am missing something.

There was 12 days to go. I suspect the Letwin amendment will kick the can again.

I suppose what will happen is: BoJo wrote the letter on Sunday but tell EU to veto it, and then those MP have to vote between his deal or no deal on Monday

Its not looking good Barry . Just had a look at the bookies and its 6/1 that we leave with no deal on the 31st . More worrying its 2/5  on that there is an at 50 extension to 2020 .

Didn't take long to get the clock in place Barry, won't be long before we find out what happens.

I know we have our differences Gerry but I'm glad you've come aboard. I hope the others do too.

All in good fun. The frustration comes from the length of time it's taking to make any progress.
